This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Intelligent Transport Systems, INTSYS 2023, held in Molde, Norway, during September 6-7, 2023. With the globalization of trade and transportation and the consequent multi-modal solutions used, additional challenges are faced by organizations and countries.
