This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 17th International Conference on Blended Learning. Intelligent Computing in Education, ICBL 2024, held in Macao, China, during July 29 - August 1, 2024. The 26 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 71 submissions.
