Fazio, formerly the Chairman of the Department of Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, who served as a mentor to a generation of physicians and surgeons from around the world. The book contains more than 200 clinical case studies on subjects that deal with medical and surgical problems of the anus, rectum, colon, and small intestine. Anatomy, operative photographs, diagnostic imaging, endoscopy, histopathology, and historical perspective are emphasized.
