The algorithm is meant to introduce a basic "scaffolding" that can be tailored to meet the demands of local practice, aided by a simplified reference text curated from well established guidelines. The content of this book is designed to provide and preserve clinically relevant information against a backdrop of continuous advancements in technical knowledge that usually require constant updates.
