For a mobile phone carrier to appear in the Mobile Carrier drop down when a patron request a text message of the details in an item, you must enable that carrier in Mobile Phone Carriers.
To enable or disable a mobile phone carrier
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console. |
| 2 | Choose General Configuration from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Choose Mobile Phone Carriers. |
| 4 | Choose the check box in the Enabled column for the carrier you want to enable or disable. |
A check in the box indicates that the carrier is enabled. Disabled carriers appear in gray text.
